Consider Hosting a General Membership Meeting in 2024

Hosting a meeting is a great way to showcase your business to building professionals and industry associates through out 3 counties!

Option A: Networking Hour

Company logo attached on all email signatures sent out by our EO for the year!

Highlights and recognition in our monthly newsletter!

Member spotlights on our social media pages.

A member spotlight on our webpage: for the month of the meeting you sponsored!

Lastly, your company logo on the meeting flyer!

Supply at least one door prize valued at a minimum of $50 and two lesser-valued door prizes

Meeting venue - usually the host's place of business 5:30 - 6:30pm

Heavy appetizers and beverages (beer, wine, and non-alcoholic) for up to 50 guests during the event

Registration area inside the entrance of the venue, including 2 chairs

Sufficient open space for a gathering of the members present.

Space for up to 2 HBA vendor members tabletop displays if required. Tables to be supplied by HBA vendor member.

Option B: Networking & Educational Dinner

Company logo attached on all email signatures sent out by our EO for the year!

A member spotlight on our webpage: for the month of the meeting you sponsored!

Lastly, your company logo on the meeting flyer!

Supply at least one door prize valued at a minimum of $100 and two lesser-valued door prizes

Meeting venue - usually the host's place of business 5:30 - 7:30pm

Dinner and beverages (beer, wine, and non-alcoholic) for up to 50 guests during the event

Registration area inside the entrance of the venue, including 2 chairs

Sufficient open space for a gathering of the members present and a presentation by HBA leadership, a space for 1 or 2 guest speakers to present.

Space for up to 2 HBA vendor members tabletop displays if required. Tables to be supplied by HBA vendor member.

Sponsoring a meeting for 2024: $500

If you don't have the space to host a meeting but would still like to have your business represented an event, consider sponsoring one of our general membership meetings!
